Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations are a 50% of original scheduled service fee. Same day cancellation fee, needs to be made before a service is rescheduled. I allow a 15min grace period however a $10 late fee will be applied. After 20mins of your original scheduled appointment time you will be rescheduled. No call No shows will be charged 100% full service and cannot book again until full service payment is made.
